The end of 2025 and the start of 2026 brought a set of meaningful improvements across the Explorium ecosystem - introducing** event-based discovery, improved API management, and cleaner targeting capabilities**.

These updates continue to expand how teams build **signal-driven prospecting systems** using Explorium - making it easier to discover the right accounts, automate workflows, and optimize go-to-market strategies with better data.

Here’s what shipped.

## Event-Driven Business Discovery

*Released December 23, 2025*

You can now discover companies based purely on **recent business events**.

With the new **Events filter in `fetch_businesses`**, users can:

- Select one or more event types

- Define a **30–90 day time window**

- Retrieve all companies that experienced those events

This unlocks a powerful new way to build **event-driven prospecting workflows**.

### Why this matters

Previously, event-driven workflows required:

- Webhooks tied to known accounts

- Pre-existing enrichment lists

- Manual monitoring

Now teams can **search for companies based on real business activity**, making it easier to trigger outreach or automation when meaningful changes happen.

### Response update

Returned businesses now include an **`events` object** listing the matched events.

Example filter:

### Availability

Available in:

- **AgentSource API**

- **MCP**

Currently supported for **business events**, with prospect events coming next.

## Multiple API Keys & a Refreshed Admin Panel

*Released January 7, 2026*

We introduced **multiple API keys per tenant**, along with a redesigned Admin Panel that improves both **security and usability**.

### Multiple API keys

You can now create and manage multiple API keys within a single tenant.

This allows teams to separate environments, organize integrations, and manage security more effectively.

Key benefits include:

- Dedicated keys for **demo, development, and production environments**

- Ability to **revoke compromised keys without breaking other integrations**

- **Usage tracking per API key**

- Named keys for clearer workflow organization

### Key features

- Create multiple keys alongside the main tenant key

- Name keys for easy identification

- Track **credit usage per key**

- Full CRUD management via the Admin Panel

- Enhanced logging with `api_key_id` and `api_key_name`

All keys continue to share the **same tenant credit pool**.

### Admin Panel redesign

The Admin Panel has also been refreshed to align with Explorium’s latest design system.

The new interface is cleaner, easier to navigate, and built to support upcoming product experiences such as **Vibe Prospecting**.

## Cleaner Business Targeting with New Filters

*Released February 2, 2026*

We added three new filters to `fetch_businesses` to improve targeting precision and reduce noise in discovery results.

These filters make it easier to build **high-quality prospecting lists and automated workflows**.

### New filters

**`include_operating_locations` - Operated In**

Controls whether location filters match by **operating locations** or **HQ location only**.

Example: Searching for companies in the UK with `include_operating_locations=true` may return companies headquartered elsewhere if they operate in the UK.

**`is_public_company` - Public Companies**

Filters companies based on whether they are publicly traded.

Example:

```
is_public_company=true
country_code=["us"]
```

**`has_website` - Online Presence**

Filters businesses by whether they have a website.

Example:

```
has_website=true
company_size=["51-200"]
```

### Why it matters

These filters help reduce noisy matches and improve the quality of discovery queries - making it easier to surface **relevant companies for prospecting and automation workflows**.

## Smarter Pagination, Targeted Filtering & More

*Released March 25, 2026*

**Scale Your Data Retrieval with Precision and Performance**

We’ve rolled out a major upgrade to the AgentSource API, introducing new capabilities designed to handle large-scale data workflows with greater speed, flexibility, and control.

**Search-After Pagination - Built for Scale**
Go beyond traditional page-based limits with our new cursor-based pagination.

Deep pagination is now just as fast and reliable as the first page — making it ideal for production-grade workflows handling tens of thousands of records.

*No performance drop-offs. No inconsistencies. Just seamless scaling.*

**Targeted Filtering with Business & Prospect IDs**
Refine your existing datasets like never before.

You can now pass lists of known business or prospect IDs into fetch endpoints and apply additional filters on top - enabling precise re-segmentation in a single API call.

*Start with what you know, and narrow it down instantly.*

**Smarter Keyword Matching with AND Logic**
Take control of your targeting with enhanced keyword filtering.

In addition to the default OR behavior, you can now require all keywords to match using AND logic - helping you pinpoint highly relevant companies based on their website content.

*More precision. Better signals.*
