Enterprise Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for self-directing sales rockstars who will be a key player in evangelizing our platform and driving our business growth strategy. The ideal candidate is excited about the rapidly growing field of AI/ML, embraces the pace and demands of a rapidly growing startup, and is as passionate about building a category-defining company as they are about blowing out their numbers, and is always willing to go the extra mile for the customer.

The role requires a technically-savvy ‘hunter’, with the ability to prospect new accounts, effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders (from data scientists to C-level executives), ultimately bringing complex selling situations through to close. Experience selling a highly technical product, with a high average sales price, to mid-market and Fortune 500 companies will be a real advantage.

Skills And Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree and 5+ years of B2B software sales experience. Minimum of 2 years closing business
  • Experience selling analytics, data, databases, predictive modeling, or business intelligence software
  • Experience selling emerging technologies to mid-market and enterprise accounts, winning new logos, and building territories
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned goals and targets
  • Ability to identify prospect’s needs and correlate them to Explorium’s offering
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, verbal skills, and writing skills
  • Resourceful, driven and results-oriented self-starter
  • Work experience in startup environment and a fast-paced, high-energy sales culture
  • Attentive to forecasting and business reporting responsibilities


This position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Must be willing to travel to customers and prospects within the territory as needed.
