Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

By automatically connecting to thousands of external data sources and leveraging machine learning to distill the most impactful signals, the Explorium platform empowers data scientists and business leaders to drive decision-making by eliminating the barrier to acquire the right data and enabling superior predictive power.

We are looking for an enthusiastic CRO specialist with a passion for data and creative problem solving, to power up our lead generation and user activation on the Explorium website and the free platform.


  • Contribute to development and evolution of CRO strategy, identifying opportunities across the marketing messaging, and product onboarding experiences
  • Work closely with developers and creative team members to create and QA the A/B test experiences across Explorium assets
  • Manage and optimize landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), Chat Bot playbooks, and lead-generation forms.
  • Work closely with product marketing on optimize website copy and call to actions for better conversion
  • Develop keen understanding of our customers and their digital journeys and enable vertically and contextually optimized and personalized experiences 
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor the funnel performance and conduct various ad-hoc analyses and reporting leveraging various analytics tools


  • At least 2 years of experience as a CRO or a similar position, in a global company
  • Good understanding of UX practices
  • In-depth understanding of segmentation and targeting. Solid experience in building audiences (contextual/behavioral/industry)
  • Experience leveraging web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hubspot, Mixpanel, etc.) to evaluate the performance of a digital property
  • Proven experience with managing successful conversion rate optimization processes through data-driven methodologies, including A/B testing using tools like Google Optimize, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar.
  • “Can-do” and hands-on mentality, growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Experience with WordPress - a big plus
