 Job Description

You will be responsible for driving digital marketing strategy, focusing on new customer acquisition. As the digital expert in the marketing team, you will manage the Explorium website and SEO, PPC, and Social programs and operations to drive conversion and growth. We’re looking for a high-energy, data-driven team member with a track record of influencing cross-functionally while delivering measurable results.


Responsibilities: 


  • Managing the company’s website and digital platforms
  • Develop, plan, and execute a digital marketing strategy this will include web, social media, SEO, and advertising campaigns
  • Working with SEO, implement organic search best practices for all content published - leveraging keyword/topic research to determine content development
  • Manage the website and leverage A/B testing to optimize conversions on the website
  • Evaluate and prepare performance reports for all digital strategies, as well as assess against goals
  • Optimize spend and performance of PPC campaigns
  • Coordinate with the digital agencies for on time and budget project management
  • Brainstorm, collaborate and develop a new creative growth strategy
  • Create and monitor all campaign budgets
  • Work cross-functionally to define and build ideal customer journeys leading to high-velocity conversions (low-touch/self-serve model)
  • Work with Demand Gen Campaigns teams to expand campaigns in the market - leverage creative multimedia tactics
  • Collaborating with design and writing teams, leverage your multimedia chops to bring inspiring content experiences to market

  • Test new tools and integrate them into the digital stack, have a test and fail-fast approach to investigate and implement new strategies



  • BS/BA or higher in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • 7+ years’ experience with 5 years in a digital marketing role
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in social media, Website management, and display advertising campaigns
  • Proficient in WordPress, SEO, and A/B testing tools
  • Hands-on experience using  Salesforce, Hubspot, marketing analytics tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines, and marketing budgets
  • Experience with optimization of landing page conversion rates
  • General working knowledge of Adobe, HTML, and content management systems
  • Be comfortable working cross-functionally and across time zones to communicate updates, drive projects to desired results and troubleshoot issues, enthusiastically coming up with solutions and recommendations
