Brand and Marketing Designer

We are looking for an exceptional designer that is passionate about data-driven beautiful holistic design, that creates a super intuitive experience.

This is a great time to join our growing design team and help shape our brand experience, redesign our website, and create unique data-driven digital assets working closely with our growth and marketing team. This position is perfect for someone experienced in brand and marketing design with an understanding of  UI/UX, who would like the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Be part of the team that defines the next generation of Explorium’s holistic brand experience
  • Work with the growth team to redesign the company website ensuring brand consistency and creating visual solutions to drive growth, including various designs for A/B testing, widgets, and variations on current designs for growth optimization
  • Lead the design and creation of large-scale website products
  • Keep up with industry best practices and emerging strategies, constantly bringing new creative ideas to visually communicate our story.
  • Collaborate with teams from across the organization, taking tasks end-to-end from concept creation to developed experience.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience designing marketing digital materials in a product company is a must.
  • Hands-on experience in brand and corporate identity design.
  • Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage your tasks to meet deadlines.
  • A team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong know-how of Figma and Adobe suites application
  • Motion design - Big advantage
  • Fluent English - a must
