What does each credit package give me?
All Explorium packages include access to our full suite of Account and Prospect enrichments and events. A complete list of the available data signals is detailed on our data page.
What is the difference between your packages?
Each package is different in how many credits are available for you to use. You are encouraged to purchase packages based on your usage requirements.
Do credits expire and can I roll over my credits?
Free trial credits are valid for a period of 90 days. For paid plans, credits expire after 12 months and cannot be carried over.
What happens if I finish my allocated credits per package before the 12 month period?
How do I update and add to my package?
Once you sign up, you will have access to our admin page. You will be able to use this page to update and add to your package.
Do you have an auto-pay option?
This option will be available shortly. Once available, you will be able to select this option and use it to automatically purchase an identical package on credit completion.
How do you track data consumption?
Data consumption tracking will be done through Explorium Admin Console where you can see your data consumption or purchase new packages.
