How much commission will I earn?
You will earn 30% of the customer’s bill, up to $2,760 per customer, and only for the first 12 months of the customer’s lifecycle.
Is there a cap on the number of referrals I can make?
There is no cap on the number of referrals. However, your commission is capped at $2,760 per referred customer for their first 12 months.
When is commission paid?
Commissions are paid on a Net 30 basis from the day of collection from the referred customer.
How do I get paid? / What are the available payment methods?
We can pay your commission via either Stripe, wire or Explorium Credits.
Is there a minimum payout threshold?
Yes. You will be eligible for payout only after earning at least $100 in commission.
Can I get my commissions paid in RMB?
No. Commissions are only paid in USD.
Can you pay my commission in ways other than what PartnerStack offers?
No. We only use PartnerStack’s available payment methods, and only in USD.
Can you give me information about the identity of my referrals?
No. Due to privacy reasons, we do not provide any information about referred customers.
How do I keep track of my earnings from specific referred customers?

Do you cover processing fees?
