As a Manager of Sales Development at Explorium, you will lead our US Sales Development Representative (SDR) team toward achieving pipeline goals while serving as a mentor to support the professional growth of individual team members. You will be responsible for training our existing team of SDRs on outbound, enterprise sales skills and tactics, and hiring and onboarding new reps as needed. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders in Marketing, and Operations to develop prospecting strategies that maximize the team's quota attainment and to ensure that the SDR team delivers on lead quality, conversion, and overall pipeline generation.
