We are writing to inform you that Explorium is shutting down operations and therefore will discontinue the AgentSource platform. This was not an easy decision, and we want to make the transition as smooth as possible for you.
Using your remaining credits
The platform will remain fully available until Wednesday, December 2, 2026. Until then, you are welcome to continue using AgentSource and any credits remaining in your account.
Refund of unused credits
Any credits that remain unused as of December 2, 2026 will be refunded within 30 days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Automated Billing
Any automated billing will be stopped as of Tuesday, Nov 3, 2026.
Your account
Data exports will be available until Wednesday, December 2, 2026 only.
All your data and account information will be deleted no later than December 31, 2026 and we will retain only limited billing records where required by law (for example, tax and accounting obligations), for the period those laws require.
