Owl Wire and Cable was founded in Syracuse, NY in 1954. In 1966, the Company moved to its present location in Canastota, NY. In 2004, our operations expanded into a facility located in Rome, NY. This expansion allowed Owl Wire and Cable to enter additional markets. In 2007, company continued its expansion with a facility in Boonville, NY. The principal business of Owl Wire and Cable is the design and manufacture of bare copper and coated wire and cable ranging from single-strand conductors to multiple-stranded ropes and heavy cables. Our products are primarily electrical conductors, which are sent to other wire companies who are insulators in the wire and cable industry.
