The Installation -We use only competent, professional installers that meet our high-quality standards. -Most of our installers have been with us for at least seven years, and many have been with us well over ten years. -Our installation staff has over 200 years of combined experience in the flooring business. -We do not cut corners by using cheap installation materials. We use only Mapei adhesives and tile setting products from Custom Building Products. This ensures that your floor will be beautiful for years to come. -We personally walk each job to ensure that our rigid quality standards have been met. -Your salesperson will contact you regularly during installation to ensure your complete satisfaction and address any questions or comments you may have.
